$125 per 50-minute session
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I have out of network options?
There are many more different companies and policies available to the public than our office can keep track of. Each person needs to understand their insurance policy. We participate with few insurances. Many of our patients who want services but who have insurance with whom we do not participate, are able to use their out of network options for reimbursement. Typically, "out of network" coverage" reimburses about 80% of fees after your annual deductible is met.
Check, credit card, debit card, health care spending account, Zelle, and Paypal are accepted for payment.
Appointments that are missed or canceled without 48 hours prior notice incur a $35 fee for therapy and consulting appointments; and $100 for missed evaluation appointments. This fee is not covered by insurance, and is payable by the next appointment. Weather and health emergencies are exceptions to the cancellation/missed appointment policy.
If there is "Winter Weather Advisory" or "Winter Weather Warning, or "severe Weather Warning" our office waives the cancellation fee. If there is a serious health emergency the cancellation is waived as well.
